By creating an account for RolUp via the website or mobile application (referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by the following: (i) these Terms of Service, (ii) our Privacy Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement, and (iii) any additional terms applicable to features, products, or services you purchase through the Service (collectively called the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue using the Service.
We may update this Agreement and the Service periodically to reflect legal requirements, introduce new features, or align with changes in our business practices. The latest version of this Agreement will always be available in the Service settings and on our website. It is your responsibility to check for updates regularly, as the most recently published version will apply. For significant changes that affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you in advance using reasonable methods, such as notifications through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
When you use our Service, you create an account with RolUp. For information on the data we collect and how we use it, please review our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without authorization, contact us immediately at RolUp@cdghw.comithout saying, we can’t help you develop meaningful connections without some information about you, such as basic profile details and the types of people you’d like to meet. We also collect information generated as you use our services, for example access logs, as well as information from third parties,. If you want additional info, we go into more detail below. Registration Information
RolUp is committed to improving the Service by introducing new features and enhancements. Occasionally, this may involve discontinuing certain functionalities. If such changes do not significantly affect your rights under this Agreement, we may implement them without prior notice. If we decide to suspend the Service entirely, we will provide advance notice unless urgent situations, such as security concerns, prevent us from doing so.
You can terminate your account at any time by following the termination steps in the Service settings. Please note that in-app purchases must be managed through your mobile platform, such as iTunes or Google Play. RolUp reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice if you violate this Agreement. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for prior purchases. Once your account is terminated, this Agreement will also be terminated.
While RolUp encourages respectful interactions, we cannot be held responsible for user behavior on or off the platform. Exercise caution when interacting with others, particularly if you choose to meet in person or communicate outside the Service. Never share financial information, such as credit card or bank details, or send money to other users.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with others. RolUp does not conduct criminal background checks or investigate users’ histories. However, we reserve the right to perform background screenings, including searches of publicly available records, as needed.o verify your profile photo, we will scan each photo that you submit. The scan may include the use of facial recognition technology so that we can compare the photo you submit to your profile photo, to help ensure that you are who you say you are. We do not add the verification photos to your profile. We retain the scans so that we can verify you in the future and for our record-keeping purposes until we no longer need them for such purposes or for three years after your last interaction with us, whichever occurs first. After the applicable retention period expires, we take commercially reasonable steps to permanently and securely delete the scans from our systems.
RolUp grants you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with this Agreement. By accepting this license, you agree not to:
（1）Use the Service or its content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
（2）Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from copyrighted material, trademarks, or proprietary content without explicit permission.
（3）Imply or state that RolUp endorses your statements or actions.
（4）Use automated methods, such as bots or scrapers, to interact with the Service.
（5）Interfere with the operation of the Service or its networks.
（6）Upload malicious code or compromise the Service’s security.
（7）Falsify information to disguise the origin of transmissions.
（8）Frame or mirror any part of the Service without written authorization.
（9）Use meta tags or other references to RolUp to redirect users to other websites.
（10）Reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise alter the Service’s software. （11）Develop third-party applications that interact with the Service without permission.
（12）Access or publish RolUp’s API without authorization.
（13）Test or exploit the vulnerabilities of the Service or its systems.
（14）Encourage or engage in activities that violate this Agreement.
RolUp reserves the right to investigate and pursue legal action against unauthorized or illegal use of the Service, including account termination.
Software provided by RolUp may automatically download updates and features. You can manage these settings through your device preferences.
When you create an account, you grant RolUp a global, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify, and distribute any information or content you post, upload, display, or otherwise make available on the platform (collectively referred to as "Content"). This license is subject to your rights under applicable law, such as data protection laws that apply to personal information included in your Content. The license enables us to operate, improve, and expand the Service, as well as explore new features and services. You acknowledge that your Content may be visible to other users or anyone accessing or engaging with the Service, including individuals who may view shared content.
By posting Content, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and truthful and that you have the right to share it and grant the license outlined above to RolUp.
We reserve the right to monitor and review any Content shared on the Service. Content that violates this Agreement or harms the reputation of the Service may be removed, either partially or entirely, at our discretion.
Interactions with our customer care team must be conducted respectfully. If we find your behavior threatening or inappropriate towards our staff or representatives, we may terminate your account immediately.
In return for access to RolUp, you agree that we, along with our affiliates and third-party partners, may display advertisements on the platform. If you provide suggestions or feedback about RolUp, you agree that we may use and share this information freely without any obligation to compensate you.
RolUp may access, retain, and disclose your account information or Content when required by law or if deemed necessary to:
Comply with legal obligations.
Enforce this Agreement.
Respond to claims of infringement.
Address user concerns.
Protect the rights, property, or safety of RolUp, its users, or others.
RolUp reserves the right to investigate and potentially terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, without refunding any purchases. This includes inappropriate behavior or illegal activities that occur outside the Service but involve individuals you meet through RolUp.
While RolUp may monitor and remove Content that breaches this Agreement, the responsibility for such Content lies solely with the user who shares it. RolUp cannot guarantee that all Content will meet these standards. If you come across Content that violates the Agreement, please report it through the platform or contact us at RolUp@cdghw.com
In-App Purchases. From time to time, RolUp may offer products and services for sale ("in-app purchases") through platforms such as iTunes, Google Play, or other authorized app stores (referred to as a "Software Store"). If you decide to make an in-app purchase, you will be prompted to enter your Software Store account details ("your IAP Account"), and your IAP Account will be charged according to the terms provided at the time of purchase, as well as the general terms governing in-app purchases for your IAP Account. Depending on your location, some Software Stores may apply sales tax. If you purchase a subscription with auto-recurring charges through an in-app purchase, your IAP Account will continue to be billed for the subscription until you cancel it. After the initial subscription period and subsequent renewal periods, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional period, at the agreed-upon price. If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, or wish to cancel or modify it, you will need to log into your IAP account and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription, even if you have deleted your account or uninstalled the RolUp application. Deleting your account or the app does not automatically cancel your subscription; RolUp will retain all charges to your IAP Account until you cancel through your IAP account.
RolUp Purchases. If you choose to make a purchase through RolUp, you agree to pay RolUp for the selected service at the prices displayed, along with any applicable sales or similar taxes, and you authorize RolUp to charge your selected payment method ("Payment Method"). RolUp may correct any errors in billing, even if payment has already been processed. If you initiate a chargeback or reverse a payment, RolUp reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account at its discretion.
If you subscribe to a service through RolUp, the subscription will continue indefinitely until you cancel it. After the initial subscription term and subsequent renewal terms, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional period at the agreed price unless you cancel it. You acknowledge that your account will be subject to automatic renewal. If you want to stop automatic renewal or make any changes to your subscription, you can manage it through the settings of the Service. If you cancel, you can still access the service until the end of the current subscription term, and your subscription will not renew after that. You can update your Payment Method information in the Service settings. If a payment is not successfully processed due to expired details, insufficient funds, or other reasons, and you do not update your Payment Method or cancel your subscription, you remain liable for any unpaid amounts and authorize us to continue billing the updated Payment Method. This may lead to changes in your billing dates. You also authorize RolUp to obtain updated expiration dates and card details from your card issuer if necessary.
Other Virtual Items. You may purchase, with "real-world" money, a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use "Virtual Items." These items must be purchased through RolUp or its authorized partners via the Service, and not through other means. Virtual Items are licensed to you and not owned, and no title or ownership is transferred to you. This Agreement does not represent the sale of rights to Virtual Items. The balance of Virtual Items in your account is a reflection of your license, not a stored monetary value. These items do not incur fees for non-use, but the license will terminate under the terms of this Agreement when the Service is no longer provided or your account is closed. RolUp may regulate, modify, or discontinue Virtual Items at its discretion and has no liability to you or others for doing so. Transferring Virtual Items is prohibited, and they cannot be sold, redeemed, or transferred to anyone else. Virtual Items can only be redeemed through the Service. All purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable. You understand that RolUp is not obligated to offer refunds, and you will not receive any compensation for unused Virtual Items when your account is closed, whether voluntarily or involuntarily.
Refunds. In general, purchases are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods. However, exceptions may apply if a refund is requested within fourteen days of the transaction or if local laws require refunds.
If you subscribed using your Apple ID, refunds are processed by Apple, not RolUp. To initiate a refund, go to iTunes, click on your Apple ID, select "Purchase History," locate the transaction, and click "Report Problem." You can also submit a request through https://getsupport.apple.com.
If you subscribed using your Google Play Store account or through RolUp, please contact us at RolUp@cdghw.com with your order number from Google Play Store (found in the order confirmation email or by logging into Google Wallet) or RolUp (available in the confirmation email).
Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement: If you believe your work has been copied and posted on the Service in violation of copyright, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following details:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
A description of where the infringing material is located on the Service (this should be specific enough to allow us to locate the material). Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
A written statement asserting that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the provided information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Claims of copyright infringement should be sent to the Company's Copyright Agent via email at RolUp@cdghw.com RolUp will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
When RolUp assesses accounts for verification, several factors are considered to determine whether they meet our criteria. In addition to adhering to these Terms of Service, Community Rules, and other undisclosed criteria, your account must be both genuine and active.
Authentic: To promote trust among users, you'll need to verify your identity with RolUp to gain Verified status. You'll be required to submit a photo of a valid government-issued ID, such as a Driver's License or Passport.
Active: Your account must show activity and adherence to the Community Rules, including having a username, profile picture, and logging in within the last 4 weeks.
Once verified, you'll earn Virtual Items for your interactions and engagement with other users, which can be redeemed for real-world currency once you reach a specified threshold.
RolUp reserves the right to remove Verified status at any time without prior notice, particularly if an account is found to be in violation of our Community Rules. Any breach of these Terms of Service, manipulation of RolUp processes, or avoidance of enforcement actions may result in the loss of Verified status or, in extreme cases, account suspension.
We use and may allow others to use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixels) to recognize you and/or your device(s). You may read our Cookie Policy for more information on why we use them (such as authenticating you, remembering your preferences and settings, analyzing site traffic and trends, allowing you to use social features).
Some web browsers (including Safari, Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome) have a “Do Not Track” (" DNT") feature that tells a website that a user does not want to have his or her online activity tracked. If a website that responds to a DNT signal receives a DNT signal, the browser can block that website from collecting certain information about the browser’s user. Not all browsers offer a DNT option and DNT signals are not yet uniform. For this reason, many businesses, including RolUp, do not currently respond to DNT signals.
The Service may feature advertisements, promotions, and links to external websites or resources. RolUp is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party sites or resources. If you decide to interact with these third parties through the Service, their terms and conditions will apply to your relationship with them. RolUp is not liable for any actions or terms of these external parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RolUp, its affiliates, employees, licensors, or service providers are not liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, or aggravated damages, including loss of profits or data, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service, the actions or content of other users or third parties, or unauthorized access, use, or modification of your content, even if RolUp has been warned of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding the above, RolUp's total liability for all claims related to the Service or this agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid to RolUp during the 24 months immediately preceding the date you filed any legal claim against RolUp. This limitation on damages applies regardless of the legal theory (whether in default, contract, tort, statute, or otherwise), the type of breach, and all circumstances related to the Service and this Agreement.
These liability limitations apply even if the remedies under this Agreement fail to meet their essential purpose. Some jurisdictions may not allow for the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
Except for users residing within the EU or European Economic Area, and where prohibited by applicable law: The exclusive method for resolving any dispute or claim related to this Agreement or the Service is binding arbitration, administered by the American Arbitration Association under the Consumer Arbitration Rules. The only exception is your right to file an individual claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction. Regardless of the forum you choose, you may not start or continue any class action, class arbitration, or other representative action against RolUp.
By using the Service, you agree to this arbitration clause, thus waiving your right to go to court to assert or defend any claims with RolUp (except in small-claims court cases). You also waive your right to take part in any class action or group lawsuit. Your claims will be resolved by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury, and the arbitrator will decide whether the dispute is subject to arbitration. You are entitled to a fair hearing before the arbitrator. Arbitration is usually simpler and faster than court trials. The arbitrator's decision is enforceable in court and can only be overturned in rare cases.
Any legal action to enforce this arbitration agreement, including actions to confirm, modify, or vacate an arbitration award, may be filed in any court of competent jurisdiction. If this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable for any reason, any litigation against RolUp (except for small-claims court cases) must be filed in the federal or state courts in San Francisco, California. You consent to the jurisdiction of these courts for such matters.
This Agreement and any dispute between you and RolUp will be governed by California law, excluding its conflict of law principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act will govern the arbitration agreement.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms you've agreed to for any extra features, products, or services provided by RolUp, constitutes the complete understanding between you and RolUp concerning the use of the Service. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the remaining parts will remain in full effect. The failure of RolUp to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement is not a waiver of that right or provision. You acknowledge that your RolUp account is non-transferable, and all rights related to your account and its content will cease upon your passing. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by this Agreement, and you may not represent or bind RolUp in any way.
